Today, volunteering in Alex's class, I was teaching the kids a pair at a time to make different words by swapping out consonants.

Ellen: "First, write SHE. Now, what do you have to do to turn that into HE?"
Matthew: "Erase the S."
Ellen: "Right! And now, how do you change HE into WE?"
Alex: "We is spelled W-I-I."
